How long will shipping take?
We will begin shipping products in the middle of December 2021. Please be aware that shipping times referred to at checkout are based on when the package leaves our facility. For Season 4, we have inventory in stock to get items out as fast as possible. If you need an address change or size change please email us within two days of your order placement at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is sizing like?
All garments are true to size. If you would like a looser fit we recommend sizing up one size.
Where do you source?
We source from a manufacturer based in LA. We are dedicated to creating products that are both quality and ethically produced. Once the fabrics are produced we personally print them by hand, package, and ship them out.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most areas around the world. Please check once you hit the checkout page to see if there is available shipping in your area. If there are any issues please email us and we will work on getting any of those problems resolved.
If you have any other concerns then please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to exchange sizes within 7 days of receiving our product or if a product comes as defective only if we have the item size in stock. All sales are final. We only accept returns/exchanges defective products & errors.
IMPORTANT: International customers will be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. This may vary according to country, purchase value, and shipping service, so please check with the shipping service and country's import policies. Some countries have been returning packages back to the sender due to COVID restrictions. Before placing an order please check with your country's import laws regarding COVID or any taxes/fees that may be due at the time of receiving.
